Annie specializes in turning creative ideas into classroom-ready tools. Her work is designing plug-&-play resources that bring autonomy & access to every type of learner, including creating & piloting a 185 day virtual curriculum for Band, Chorus, & Orchestra for 199 schools in her district. 

Whether supporting a student with disabilities or a classroom of technical players, Annie crafts materials that fit seamlessly into traditional music education settings while developing students who are not afraid to be seen trying.

She is a regular Region & All-State level educational conductor, & her created materials encourage student autonomy, support differentiated instruction, & empower teachers to meet learners where they are without needing to fight against the confines of traditional music education.
